  • Project Information: Details about your brand, social media handles, content preferences, and creative direction shared during onboarding.
  • Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, browser type, IP address, and referral source collected automatically via analytics tools.
  • Communications: Records of emails, messages, and feedback exchanged between you and our team.
  • Media Assets: Video recordings, audio clips, photos, and brand materials you provide us to create your AI avatar and content.

02 How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

  • To deliver, manage, and improve our social media management and AI UGC services.
  • To create and train your AI avatar using the media assets you provide.
  • To communicate with you about your project, deliverables, revisions, and account.
  • To process payments and issue invoices.
  • To send service updates, important notices, and — with your consent — marketing communications.
  • To analyse website usage and improve our platform, content, and user experience.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

03 Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Trusted third-party tools we use to operate (e.g., Wistia for video, Cal.com for scheduling, Frame.io for review, Slack for communication). Each operates under their own privacy policy.
  • AI Production Partners: Anonymised or scoped media data shared with AI rendering platforms solely for the purpose of producing your content.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority.
  • Business Transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred with appropriate notice.

We never share your media assets, brand information, or client data with other clients or third parties for any purpose other than producing your contracted deliverables.

04 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, after which it is securely deleted.

Media assets provided for AI avatar creation are retained only for the duration of the active service engagement and deleted within 30 days of contract termination upon written request.

While we take strong precautions, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
