1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on the AI Content Lab website ("Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform or services.

These Terms apply to all users including visitors, subscribers, and anyone who accesses the Platform in any capacity.

2. About the Service

AI Content Lab is a paid subscription community ("Service") operated by themoneylancer, founded by Samadh Khatri. The Service provides:

• Access to video modules on AI content creation and brand deals.
• Community access via the Skool platform.
• Weekly AI tool updates, templates, scripts, and resources.
• 1-on-1 feedback sessions with the founder.
• Bonus materials related to brand outreach, AI avatar generation, and content strategy.

3. Subscription & Billing

Access to AI Content Lab is provided on a recurring monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method via Razorpay on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

• Current founding member price: ₹899/month.
• Standard price after 50 founding spots: ₹2,399/month.
• Your founding member rate is locked for life, provided you maintain an active subscription without interruption.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of access until the outstanding amount is settled.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable GST where required by Indian law.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Razorpay account or by contacting us at hello@clipsby.com. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to the community and all materials will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
• No further charges will be made after the cancellation date.
• If you cancel and later resubscribe, your founding member pricing will not be reinstated — you will be billed at the then-current rate.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within AI Content Lab — including but not limited to video modules, scripts, templates, prompts, community posts, course materials, and branding assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of themoneylancer and Samadh Khatri.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
• Sharing login credentials or granting access to non-paying individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
• You may use the knowledge, frameworks, and strategies you learn to create your own original content for personal or commercial use.

7. Acceptable Use

By using our Platform, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or demean other community members.
• Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or off-topic content in the community.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of our Platform.
• Impersonate themoneylancer, AI Content Lab, or any of its team members.

Violations may result in immediate removal from the community without notice or refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI Content Lab provides educational content and community access "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Specific financial results, brand deal outcomes, or income levels.
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform or Skool community.
• That results described in testimonials or case studies are typical or guaranteed.

Your results will depend entirely on your own effort, consistency, and application of the material.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, themoneylancer and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
