Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. How to Cancel Your Membership

To cancel your AI Content Lab Skool membership, you must send an email to hello@clipsby.com with the subject line: "Cancellation of Skool Membership — AI Content Lab"

In your email, include your full name and the email address used at the time of purchase. Our team will confirm the cancellation within 24 business hours and stop all future recurring charges.

Alternatively, you may cancel directly through your Razorpay subscription dashboard if you have access to it.

2. What Happens After Cancellation

• All future recurring billing is stopped immediately upon confirmation.
• You retain full access to AI Content Lab and the Skool community until the end of your current paid billing period.
• After the billing period ends, your access to the community and all course materials will be revoked.
• No further charges will be made after your confirmed cancellation date.

3. Refund Policy — No Refunds

All payments made to AI Content Lab are strictly non-refundable. This applies to:

• The initial subscription payment.
• All recurring monthly renewal charges.
• Any partial months — access is granted for the full cycle regardless of when you cancel.
• Cases where the member did not use the community, course materials, or any other resource.
• Cases of change of mind, personal circumstances, or unmet expectations.
• Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date.

By completing your purchase you acknowledge and accept that all payments are final and that no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

AI Content Lab provides immediate digital access to all course modules, community content, brand deal scripts, templates, and resources the moment payment is processed. Because this content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds are not possible.

Our founding member price of ₹899/month is deliberately kept low to make the programme accessible. The total value inside — estimated at over ₹50,000 — far exceeds the cost of the subscription.

5. Founding Member Pricing After Cancellation

Important: If you cancel your founding member subscription and later decide to rejoin, your ₹899/month founding rate cannot be reinstated. You will be charged at the then-current rate, which will be ₹2,399/month or higher. Founding member pricing is a one-time, non-transferable benefit.

6. Subscription Renewals

Your subscription renews automatically every month. It is your responsibility to request cancellation before your next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged. Renewal charges that have already been processed are non-refundable.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us directly is a violation of these Terms. If a chargeback is filed, your account will be suspended immediately and you will be permanently banned from rejoining. We will submit full evidence of your purchase and your acceptance of this policy to contest any fraudulent chargeback.
