I paid but haven't received access to the Skool community.

Please check your email inbox (and spam folder) for an invite from Skool. If you haven't received it within 10 minutes, email us at hello@clipsby.com with your payment receipt and we'll get you in immediately.
How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your Razorpay account dashboard, or simply email us at hello@clipsby.com with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line. We'll confirm cancellation within 24 hours. You keep access until your current billing cycle ends.
Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable. Please review our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. You are however free to cancel future billing at any time.
I'm being charged but I cancelled — what do I do?

Email us immediately at hello@clipsby.com with your cancellation confirmation and payment receipt. We'll investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
My payment failed — how do I fix it?

Log in to your Razorpay account and update your payment method. Alternatively, contact us and we can send you a fresh payment link to complete your subscription.
How do I submit my content for the 1:1 weekly feedback?

Once you're inside the Skool community, there's a dedicated "Feedback" post or channel where you upload your video. Samadh reviews and responds every week. Details are pinned inside the community.
I have a technical issue with the Skool platform.
